What are the Areas of Life?

In the class, I'll walk you through the definitions and drivers of each area of life - and what you need to do to thrive.

  1. Work: What you do for work is a driving force in your overall wellbeing because it's where you spend most of your time. It's crucial to love what you do.
  2. Relationships: The people you surround yourself with are constantly having an enormous influence on you and you must be aware of whether that influence is positive or negative.
  3. Money:  Do you know how to use your money to literally buy happiness? Find out if you are leveraging your money properly to create security and peace of mind.
  4. Body: Do you feel good on the inside and out? Make sure you know how to stay healthy and take care of yourself.
  5. Community: The place you live should empower you to explore more of who you are. Find out if you've chosen the best place to live!
